To make your own turmeric latte mix, combine:
200g of turmeric
25g of ginger
25g of cinnamon
Mix well and store in an airtight container.
To make a turmeric latte, add 1 flat tsp of the turmeric mix to 12oz oat milk and 1 tsp honey. Heat in a pan whisking all the time until it is nice and hot.
